What: A 60 mile fundraising bike ride around the Champlain Islands to benefit the KidSafe Collaborative.

When: Saturday June 14th starting at 9:00 am sharp. Registration starts at 8:00

Where: Bike ride begins and ends at yellow farmhouse at 36 West Shore Rd, Grand Isle, VT (from Burlington, I89 North to exit 17, follow Rte 2 & signs to Grand Isle).

Registration fee: $60.00 (minimum pledge). If you get more from friends who sponsor your ride, GREAT!!!!

What we will provide:

•  Great exercise and camaraderie

•  Good food and beverages provided at 0, 12.9, 34, 44.9 and 60 miles  (actually 59.9 but close enough!)

•  There will be a stop at in North Hero at Hero's Welcome on the way back at 44 miles. Here you will buy your own snacks.

•  Port a Potties

 What you will need to bring:

•  The money from your pledge sheet...either check made out to KidSafe or cash.

•  Lots of energy

•  At least one water bottle

•  New tire tube and tools to change a flat

•  A cell phone if you think you may need to be picked up, as there will be no sag wagon.

•  Bring the directions and map for route to avoid getting lost
