Registration form for KS 2010 Awards Luncheon
Please register me/us for the KidSafe Annual Awards and Luncheon on Tuesday, April 13, 2010, 11am - 2pm.
Tickets are $23 each or $25 after April 5. Tables may be reserved for $200 for 10 seats.
Payments to KidSafe may be made by check, credit card, or the PayPal link included on the post-registration page.
If you would like to attend the luncheon, but need financial assistance, please email kidsafe@kidsafevt.org.
Vegetarian option will be available.
Remember that you can use the secure PayPal credit card link on the post-registration page to pay your bill, even if you do not have a PayPal account. All major credit cards accepted.
