"A Celebration of Children and Song"
$15 per copy
Originally produced in 1991, this collection has been re-released on compact disc in honor of the 30th anniversary of the official formation of the Chittenden County Child Protection Network, which went on to become KidSafe. A wonderful gift possibility - catchy songs, and 80% of the proceeds go to KidSafe, thanks to the generous Vermont artists who participated.

KidSafe 20th Annual Awards Luncheon

The KidSafe Awards, given every April, coincide with National Prevent Child Abuse Awareness month. Dr. Lewis First, Chief of Pediatrics, Vermont Children’s Hospital at Fletcher Allen Health Care is our excellent emcee, reprising his welcome efforts in 2007. Dr. First is well known across the state for his work with children and families and leading our community in providing excellence in children’s medical care.
KidSafe the official charity of the Vermont Lake Monsters' 2009 season
June 19 through August 31, 2009
KidSafe is proud to be partnering again with the Vermont Lake Monsters for the 2009 baseball season. At the end of the 2008 season, the partnership helped raise awareness about KidSafe's work and almost $4,000 to support our valuable programs.
As the official charity, there are many ways we will be working together with a variety of promotional opportunities from 50/50 raffles during the season and a portion of ticket sales using the KidSafe coupon and much more!
KidSafe Sixty Bike Ride
In June, volunteer Peigi Huseby organized a great 60-mile ride for the fourth year in a row. 39 Riders participated, raising more than $4,300 to benefit children and families supported through KidSafe’s programs.
Michael Hardin All-Star Jazz Big Band
On June 19, 2008, volunteer Michael Hardin organized his second Live Benefit Concert for KidSafe at South Burlington High School this past June. The 17-piece band performed a mix of modern big band arrangements & original compositions. The lively and accomplished band included recent graduates of Harwood Union High School, South Burlington High School, BFA St. Albans, CVU High School & MMU High School. Our thanks go to Michael and his friends for their time, dedication and talents!

Linking Learning to Life and the KidSafe Collaborative are co-hosts of a large Community Yard Sale to raise essential funding along with raising public awareness regarding our programs and services for youth and families. Our partnership increases the appeal of the sale and expands our ability to organize and manage this big Community Yard Sale.
