Meghan Masterson (she/her)

Executive Director

Meghan Masterson started her career supporting children and families in 2008 at a small public school in New Hampshire, ultimately joining KidSafe Collaborative in September 2021. She fundamentally believes that all children deserve to be loved, cared for, and celebrated for who they are.

Meghan received her undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire, a masters degree from Ball State University, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  Meghan’s work began with a focus on early intervention services and support to caregivers to understand this critical time in their child’s development. Over time it evolved to helping families to understand their children as unique individuals and to create safe, stable, and enriching homes. These experiences along with her own lived experience led her to a deep connection with and passion for the field of improving child welfare.

Meghan was born and raised in New Hampshire and moved to Vermont in 2010.  She lives in Burlington with her husband, son, dog, and 2 cats. When not at work she enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time near the water.
